Apache OpenOffice 4.1.13 release

A corrective release of the Apache OpenOffice 4.1.13 office suite is available, which offers 7 fixes. Ready packages are prepared for Linux, Windows and macOS. The new release notes a fix for a vulnerability that has not yet been detailed, but mentions that the problem is related to the master password. The new release has changed the method of encoding and storing the master password, so users are advised to backup their OpenOffice profile before installing version 4.1.13, as the new profile will break compatibility with previous releases.

Of the changes, there is also an improvement in the design of the preview interface before printing, a change in the name of unsaved documents (β€œUntitled 1” instead of β€œUntitled1”) and the elimination of a flaw due to which attempts to open documents saved in LibreOffice 7 led to an error.
