Bluetuith v0.1.8 release

Bluetooth is a TUI based Bluetooth manager for Linux that aims to be an alternative to most Bluetooth managers.

The program can perform such operations with bluetooth as:

  • Connect to and generally manage Bluetooth devices, with device information such as battery percentage, RSSI, etc. displayed when available. More detailed information about the device can be viewed by selecting 'Info' from the menu or pressing the 'i' key.
  • Bluetooth adapter control with the ability to switch power modes, discover, pair and scan.
  • Send and receive files using the OBEX protocol with an interactive file sharing service for selecting multiple files.
  • Work with networks based on PANU and DUN protocols for each bluetooth device.
  • Control media playback on your connected device with a pop-up media player window that displays playback information and controls.

This release contains the following new features:

  • New command line options -adapter-states to set adapter properties and -connect-bdaddr to connect to the device during initialization.
  • Lock/unlock devices.
  • ability to display key/pin code.
  • Changeable navigation keys.
  • Displays the 'Bonded' property for the device.
