Debian 9.9 release

Available The ninth corrective update of the Debian 9 distribution, which includes backlog of package updates and fixes bugs in the installer. The release includes 70 stability updates and 52 security updates.

Of the changes in Debian 9.9, we can note the removal of 5 packages: gcontactsync, google-tasks-sync, mozilla-gnome-kerying, tbdialout and timeline due to incompatibility with the new ESR branches of Firefox and Thunderbird. Updated to fresh stable versions packages
dpdk, mariadb, nvidia-graphics-drivers, nvidia-settings, postfix, postgresql and waagent.

critical errors that block the release (10 days ago there were 146, a month and a half ago - 316, two months ago - 577, at the time of freezing in Debian 9 - 275, in Debian 8 - 350, Debian 7 - 650). The final release of Debian 10 is expected in the summer.
