Based on the Debian 20.3 package base, Deepin 10 distribution has been released, but develops its own Deepin Desktop Environment (DDE) and about 40 user applications, including DMusic music player, DMovie video player, DTalk messaging system, installer and installation center of Deepin programs software center. The project was founded by a group of developers from China, but has been transformed into an international project. The distribution kit supports the Russian language.
