Release of Minimal Linux distribution, occupying about 10 MB

Published December release of the distribution Minimal Linux Live, the bootable iso image of which takes up only 10 MB. Requires 256MB RAM to boot. The basic build includes only the Linux kernel, Glibc and a set of Busybox-based utilities. The distribution allows you to expand the minimalistic environment to suit your own needs using the set of scripts offered by the project. The filling is formed based on a simple configuration file.

To create your own boot image, just download the archive with a set of scripts and specific components (1 MB), install the dependencies necessary for assembly (β€œapt install wget make gawk gcc bc bison flex xorriso libelf-dev libssl-dev”), include additional sets of programs in configuration file and start the build with the script build_minimal_linux_live.sh. There are 35 basic kits available that allow you to install vim, ssh, openjdk, etc.
