Release of the Slackel 7.3 distribution

After a year of development saw the light distribution release Slackel 7.3, built on the developments of the Slackware and Salix projects, and fully compatible with the repositories offered in them. A key feature of Slackel is the use of the constantly updated Slackware-Current branch. The graphical environment is based on the Openbox window manager. The size of the boot image that can work in Live mode is 1.9 GB (32 and 64 bits). The distribution can be used on systems with 512 MB of RAM.

The new release is in sync with Slackware's current branch and ships with Linux kernel 5.4.50. The slim login manager is enabled by default, as Gdm is experiencing font rendering issues.
Slackel Live Installer (sli) now has the ability to install the distribution on external USB drives.
