Release of NVIDIA driver 455.23.04 with support for GPU RTX 3080

NVIDIA Company ΠΎΠΏΡƒΠ±Π»ΠΈΠΊΠΎΠ²Π°Π»Π° NVIDIA proprietary driver release 455.23.04. The driver is available for Linux (ARM, x86_64), FreeBSD (x86_64) and Solaris (x86_64).
