Release of GNU Autoconf 2.73

After over a year of development, GNU Autoconf 2.73 has been released. It includes a set of M4 macros for creating autoconfiguration scripts for building applications on various Unix-like systems (using a prepared template to generate a "configure" script). The new version primarily improves support for GNU Gettext and the C23 C language standard, published in 2024, as well as compilers that use this standard by default.
