Release of antiX 19.2 lightweight distribution

Took place release of a lightweight Live distribution AntiX19.2, built on the Debian package base and targeted for installation on legacy hardware. The release is based on the Debian 10 (Buster) package base, but comes without the systemd system manager and with eudev instead of udev. The default user environment is formed using the IceWM window manager, but fluxbox, jwm, and herbstluftwm are also available to choose from. File management options include Midnight Commander, spacefm, and rox-filer. The distribution kit works on systems with 256 MB of RAM. Size iso images: 1.1 GB (full), 712 MB (base), 324 MB (reduced) and 164 MB (network install).

In the new release, a build option with a system manager has been prepared runite. The full build includes the apt-notifier package to inform you when updates are available. Added an interface for managing icons in the system tray for IceWM. The nosystemd repository has been added to the antix.list and the buster-backports repository is enabled by default. Updated package versions including Linux kernel 4.9.212, firefox-esr 68.6.0esr, libreoffice 6.4.1, IceWM 1.6.5, fluxbox 1.3.7, mtpaint 3.49, links 2.20.2, eudev 3.2.9, elogind 243.7. Added consolekit2 and ceni network configurator (connman is left by default in full and base builds).
