Release of pandoc 3.0, a package for transforming text markup

A release of the pandoc 3.0 project is available, which develops a library and command line utility for converting text markup formats. Supports conversion between more than 50 formats, including docbook, docx, epub, fb2, html, latex, markdown, man, odt and various wiki formats. Connection of arbitrary handlers and filters in the Lua language is supported. The code is written in Haskell and distributed under the GPLv2 license.

In the new version, pandoc-server, pandoc-cli and pandoc-lua-engine are separated into separate packages. Extended support for the Lua language. Added new chunkedhtml output format for generating zip archive with multiple HTML files. Support for complex images (figure blocks) has been greatly improved. Added mark extension to highlight text in Markdown format. Added a large portion of new options. Improved support for various formats.
