Release of PhotoGIMP 2020, a modification of GIMP stylized as Photoshop

Available project release photoGIMP, which develops an add-on for the GIMP 2.10.x graphics editor, making the interface and behavior more familiar to users familiar with Adobe Photoshop. Changes come down to reworking settings, menu layout and control panels, including extended fonts, replacing some icons, adding additional filters (for example, the Heal Selection filter has been added), changing hot keys. For loading offered package in Flatpak format (PhotoGIMP is designed as a modification of the regular flatpak-package from the GIMP project).

Caution should be exercised when using PhotoGIMP, as the data being replaced contains questionable executable code, whose purpose is not clear. GIMP stock flatpak includes modes "--share=network" and "--filesystem=host", implying network and file system access. Project PhotoGIMP develops a fairly well-known Brazilian blogger, but without auditing the binary insertion, one cannot be sure that there is no hidden malicious activity.
