Release of the Ruchey 1.4 keyboard layout, which simplifies the input of special characters

A new release of Brook's engineered keyboard layout has been released and is being distributed as the public domain. The layout allows you to enter special characters, such as "{}[]{>", without switching to the Latin alphabet, using the right Alt key. The arrangement of special characters is the same for Cyrillic and Latin, which simplifies the typing of technical texts using Markdown, Yaml and Wiki markup, as well as program code in Russian.

The stream is supplied to Linux regularly as part of the xkeyboard-config package, starting from version 2.36. To enable it, it is enough to make the settings by selecting the Russian (Engineering, Cyrilic) and Russian (Engineering, Latin) layouts. The layout can also be installed on macOS and Windows operating systems.
