Release of the vector graphics editor Inkscape 1.1.2 and start of testing of Inkscape 1.2

An update of the free vector graphics editor Inkscape 1.1.2 is available. The editor provides flexible drawing tools and provides support for reading and saving images in SVG, OpenDocument Drawing, DXF, WMF, EMF, sk1, PDF, EPS, PostScript, and PNG formats. Ready builds of Inkscape are prepared for Linux (AppImage, Snap, Flatpak), macOS and Windows. When preparing the new version, the main attention was paid to improving stability and eliminating bugs.
