Tizen Studio 5.0 Development Environment Release

The release of the Tizen Studio 5.0 development environment is available, which replaced the Tizen SDK and provides a set of tools for creating, building, debugging and profiling mobile applications using the Web API and Tizen Native API. In the new version:

  • Tizen IDE and Visual Studio Code Editor Add-ons now support Ubuntu 22.04.

  • Support for XNUMXrd party TVs has been added to the IDE and CLI.
  • Support for RPK (Tizen Resource Package) projects has been added to the IDE and CLI.
  • Improved support for combined (Multi App) and hybrid (Hybrid App) applications that provide the ability to work in one IDE workspace with several of the same type (Multi App, for example, Tizen.Native + Tizen.Native) or heterogeneous (Hybrid App, for example, Tizen. Native + Tizen.Dotnet) dependent applications and perform all typical manipulations with these applications, such as application creation, assembly, packaging, installation and testing.
