Supertuxkart 1.3, a free racing game with a wide variety of karts, tracks, and features, has been released. The game code is licensed under the GPLv3 license. Binary builds are available for Linux, Android, Windows и macOS.

- Redesigned Las Dunas Soccer Stadium track.
- At Hacienda, Old Mine, Ravenbridge Mansion and Shifting Sands, the margins have been increased in order to continue counting in the event of a small exit from the road.
- The "Render resolution" mode has been added to the graphics settings, which allows you to increase performance by reducing the actual resolution of the displayed image.
- The menu offers a new screen with a table of records.
- The transition to the use of the Blender 3 2.8D modeling package for creating tracks, karts and arenas has been made. STK scripts ported from version 2.7.
