GNU Emacs 26.2 text editor release

The GNU Project has released the GNU Emacs 26.2 text editor. Up until the release of GNU Emacs 24.5, the project was developed under the personal direction of Richard Stallman, who handed over the leadership of the project to John Wiegley in the fall of 2015.

Notable improvements include Unicode 11 compatibility, ability to build Emacs modules outside the Emacs source tree, Dired (file and directory mode) 'Z' command to compress all files in a directory, improved Mercurial support in VC mode.
When building in '--with-xwidgets' mode, the WebKit2 browser engine is now required. Changed the syntax of shadow configuration files ("~/.emacs.d/shadows" and "~/.emacs.d/shadow_todo").
