GNU Emacs 28.2 text editor release

The GNU Project has released the GNU Emacs 28.2 text editor. Up until the release of GNU Emacs 24.5, the project was developed under the personal direction of Richard Stallman. In the new version, the way of redefining the directory for installing the executable file has been changed. When installing to a non-standard build directory, you now need to run the 'configure' script with the '--bindir=' option (using 'bindir=DIRECTORY' in 'make install' is not enough, since the information from which the path to the compiled '*. eln" is written to the executable file during assembly). The 'kdb-macro-redisplay' command has been renamed to 'kmacro-redisplay'. Otherwise, GNU Emacs 28.2 only notes bug fixes.
