Pitivi Video Editor Release 2020.09

The project uses a new naming scheme for issues with year.month numbering. Following version 0.999 published not the expected 1.0 release, but the 2020.09 release. The approach to development has also been changed - two branches have been created: "stable" for forming stable releases and "development" for receiving and testing new functionality. During the 2014 stabilization phase since 1.0, only critical changes were accepted into the main roster, but many interesting features were left out. The Pitivi 2020.09 release includes a large portion of the innovations developed by students as part of the Google Summer of Code programs that have been running since 2017. To stabilize these innovations, unit testing and review are involved.
