Wine 5.11 release and Wine staging 5.11

Took place experimental release of the open implementation of WinAPI - Wine 5.11. Since the release of the version 5.10 57 bug reports were closed and 348 changes were made.

The most important changes:

  • The Mono engine has been updated to release 5.1.0 with support for the WpfGfx library;
  • Work continued on implementing a separate Unix shared library (.so) for NTDLL;
  • Added initial implementation of NetIO kernel driver;
  • Added support API Print Ticket;
  • Removed support for legacy 32-bit PowerPC architecture;
  • Closed bug reports related to the operation of games and applications:
    Avencast: Rise of the Mage, Supreme Commander, WRC FIA World Rally Championship, Light of Altair, Mega Man Legends, Warrior Kings, Airstrike (Eagles of WWII), KMPlayer 3, Megaman X8, Battleye 1.176, Age of empires II, Dust An Elysian Tail, GSpot v2.70, ArmA: Combat Operations, Dishonored, Grand Theft Auto III, Test Drive 6, Legend of Kay: Anniversary Edition, League of Legends, Logos Bible, Secret Files 3, Microsoft Teams 1.3, Final Fantasy XI, Altium Designer 20, Star Trek Armada.

Addition: Following formed project release Wine Staging 5.11, within which extended builds of Wine are formed, including patches that are not fully ready or risky, not yet suitable for acceptance into the main Wine branch.

Compared to Wine, Wine Staging provides 702 additional patches (last release had 818 - the number of patches has been drastically reduced due to the temporary disabling of "esync" patches until the ntdll branch in the main branch of Wine is completed). The new release is synchronized with the Wine 5.11 codebase. 8 patches have been transferred to the main Wine package, mainly related to extending the functionality of the ntdll library and the interface direct manipulation. Updated patches ntdll-ForceBottomUpAlloc,
winebuild-Fake_Dlls, ntdll-Syscall_Emulation and wow64cpu-Wow64Transition.
