Wine 5.16 release

Took place experimental release of the open implementation of WinAPI - Wine 5.16. Since the release of the version 5.15 21 bug reports were closed and 221 changes were made.

The most important changes:

• Support for x86 AVX registers has been added to ntdll.
• Improved ARM64 support for macOS.
• Continued work on restructuring console support.
