Wine 5.7 release

Took place experimental release of the open implementation of WinAPI - Wine 5.7. Since the release of the version 5.6 38 bug reports were closed and 415 changes were made.

The most important changes:

• Mono engine updated to release 5.0.0 with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) support;
• Continued development of the WineD3D backend based on the Vulkan graphics API;
• Added initial USB device driver implementation;
• Implemented support for building using Clang in MSVC compatibility mode;
• Built-ins are no longer dependent on libwine;
• Added the ability to set the version of the Windows environment from the command line (using the "/v" parameter in winecfg);
• Closed bug reports related to the operation of games and applications: Winamp,
