An experimental release of the open implementation of WinAPI - Wine 6.5 has taken place. Since the release of version 6.4, 25 bug reports have been closed and 413 changes have been made.
The most important changes:
- Support for the OpenCL 1.2 specification is provided, which defines the C language API and extensions for organizing cross-platform parallel computing using multi-core CPUs, GPUs, FPGAs, DSPs, and other specialized chips.
- Support for additional Internet Explorer compatibility modes has been added to the MSHTML library.
- Improved work of RichEdit forms in windowless mode.
- New stubs have been added to the WinRT library.
- Bug reports closed for games and apps: Zoo Tycoon, TOCA Touring Car Championship, The Sims, Conquest: Frontier Wars, Quicken 2014, Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II, Outlaws, League of Legends 8.12, Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12.5, Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin, Fl Studio 20.8, Adobe Audition 2020, IDA Pro 7.5, Guild Wars 2.
