An experimental release of the open implementation of WinAPI - Wine 7.7. Since the release of version 7.6, 11 bug reports have been closed and 374 changes have been made.
The most important changes:
- Work has been done to transfer the X11 and OSS (Open Sound System) drivers to use the PE (Portable Executable) executable file format instead of ELF.
- Provided the ability to use UTF-8 as the default ANSI encoding.
- Theme support has been added to applets placed on the panel.
- Closed game related bug reports: Anno 1602 / 1602 AD
- Closed bug reports related to applications: IrfanView 4.44, RAR Password Recovery Magic, ConEmu, Capella.
