- KWayland has begun implementing a future protocol for tracking the state of keys.
- Solid has learned to show overlay file systems mounted via fstab.
- The syntax highlighting subsystem has received improvements for C++20, CMake 3.15, Fortran, Lua and some other languages.
- Edits in Plasma Framework, KTextEditor and other subsystems, improved Breeze icon set.
