CinelerraGG 2020-08 is out

CinelerraGG is a fork of the non-linear video editor Cinelerra with the most frequent releases (once a month). From useful in this release:

  • Added hotkeys for session save (CTRL-S) and cancel (CTRL-Z), in addition to the existing s and z.
  • A new type of keyframes is bump keyframes. Allows you to create abruptly changing parameters, such as attenuation or speed.
  • When using the speed curve (moving the key frame with the mouse while holding the left button), the future length of the track is visually drawn
  • Languages can be switched through settings, not just through environment variables.
  • Improvements in the timecode alignment feature.
  • New plugins from ffmpeg: minterpolate (fps change, slow), allrgb (all colors possible in RGB), allyuv (all colors possible in YUV), cellauto, pullup (reverse telecine), selectivecolor (does the same as the filter of the same name in Photoshop), tonemap

Known bugs:

  • If you select an area on the timeline where there are several keyframes (for example, fading), but leave a few more outside the selection zone, then when you select the "Delete keyframes" item and the "Keyframes accompany editing" option is enabled, the keyframes will move out. Workaround: Disable the "Keyframes Follow Edits" option while deleting keyframes in the selection.

Update: bug promptly fixed in git.
