Brian Kernighan, developer of a number of UNIX utilities and author of classics on the C programming language and the UNIX operating system, has published his new book.
"UNIX: A History And A Memoir" is the history of UNIX through the lens of Kernighan's personal memoirs. It tells about the people and events at Bell Labs that marked the beginning of the most significant operating system and the most significant programming language in history.
