After installing the mod, another race appears in the game - girls created on the basis of various Japanese animated series. They can replace all NPCs and the main character. Characters are endowed with emotions and look alive thanks to the variety of facial animations. Some types of hairstyles from the original Fallout 4 conflict with the modification.

The author of the mod claims that he was inspired to create it after meeting with Kasumi from the add-on Far Harbor. The appearance of the girl greatly surprised the player, she did not look at all as expected. After that, the modder wanted to decorate the wastelands of Fallout 4 with anime ladies, as well as "create his own perfect Kasumi."
