Version 7.0 of the SU2 project, an open source solver for the Navier-Stokes equations, has been presented.
List of changes:
- new nonlinear iteration controller to improve robustness and convergence;
- improvements for the calculation mode with lift force fixation (Cl=const);
- new features for Discrete Adjoint;
- report on the quality of the computational mesh;
- the ability to “dry run” to check the functionality of the input files;
- modification for the SST turbulence model;
- changes in MPI support;
- support for a non-stationary incompressible solver with a moving mesh;
- possibility of assembly using Meson;
- multipoint optimization improvements;
- и others changes.
