Release took place on June 5 Wine 5.10.
Wine - a layer of application compatibility for Windows with POSIX-compatible operating systems, translating Windows API calls into POSIX calls on the fly instead of emulating Windows logic like a virtual machine.
In addition to over 47 fixes in the bug tracker, the new release includes:
- Development of the WineD3D backend on Vulkan continues.
- Start of work on a separate UNIX library for NTDLL.
- Improved support for kernel anti-cheat drivers (StarForce v3, TrackMania Nations ESWC. Denuvo Anti-Cheat)
- More glyph substitutions in DirectWrite.
- Support for private DSS keys.
- ARM64 exception handling fixes.
