Raw Fury and Upstream Arcade have announced the adventure shooter West of Dead.
West of Dead takes place in 1888, in the city of Purgatory, Wyoming. A dead man named William Mason (voiced by Ron Perlman) suddenly comes to life, but all he remembers is a figure in black. Her search sets off a chain of mysterious events that will lead to shootouts in a crazy world made up of memories, beliefs and stories of random passers-by. To progress through the game you have to hide in shelters, shoot your enemies and explore an ever-changing city.
For now, this is all that is known about the game. Along with the announcement, the developers launched open beta testing of West of Dead on Xbox One, which will last until November 24. If you want to take part in it, you can download the game at .
