The Chinese company Xiaomi, according to informed Internet sources, does not intend to release the next generation Mi Pad tablet computer this year.
The latest Xiaomi tablet is the Mi Pad 4, which debuted in the summer of 2018. This gadget is equipped with an 8-inch display with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, 3/4 GB of RAM and a flash drive with a capacity of 32/64 GB. For some modifications, the presence of an LTE module is provided.
As it became known, the release of new tablets is not included in Xiaomi's immediate plans. Apparently, this is due to declining sales of devices of this type.
In addition, it is said that the Chinese company also does not intend to release the Mi 10 smartphone in the Explorer Edition modification with a transparent case. The series will include the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro models, the official presentation of which for the current quarter.
The devices are credited with having a screen with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and 120 Hz, respectively. Apparently, Full HD + format panels will be used. The basis will serve as a powerful processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 865. Smartphones will be able to operate in mobile networks of the fifth generation (5G).
