Xiaomi accelerates production: Redmi K20 Pro sold out in China

Proof of this can be the results of the launch sales of the Redmi K20 Pro smartphone in China: for example, on June 1, 200 thousand units of the older model were sold - as a result, Redmi K20 Pro took first place on JD.com in terms of sales during the day.

And some time later, Xiaomi vice president and Redmi CEO Lu Weibing announced that the stocks of K20 Pro in China are almost exhausted and the company is speeding up production and shipments to meet demand.

Redmi K20 Pro is equipped with a 6,39″ AMOLED screen with Full HD + resolution, HDR support and no PWM, without cutouts (using a retractable camera), as well as with a built-in fingerprint sensor. It uses a single-chip Snapdragon 855 system in combination with 6-8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of internal memory. The heat sink provides 8-layer graphite 3D sheet.

The rear camera includes three sensors: the main one is a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 with an aperture of f/1,75, a wide-angle one is a 13,8-megapixel with an aperture of f/2,4 and a telephoto is an 8-megapixel f/2,4 with a 2x zoom. The front camera has a resolution of 20 megapixels with an aperture of f / 2.

Other features include Hi-Res sound, dual SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, dual frequency GPS, USB-C and 3,5mm headphone jack, 4000 mA battery h with 27W fast charging support. Installed Android 9 Pie with MIUI 10 shell and Game Turbo 2.0 function.

Redmi K20 differs only in a simpler 8-core 8nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 platform and 18W charging, as well as a memory subsystem configuration of no more than 6 + 128 GB.

The cost of Redmi K20 Pro is in the range of 2499-2999 yuan ($362-435), and the younger model: 1999-2099 yuan ($290-304).
