The Mijia brand, owned by the Chinese company Xiaomi, has released several teaser images of the upcoming announcement of a new e-book reader.
The gadget will receive a display on electronic paper E Ink. As you can see in the illustrations, the screen is surrounded by wide bezels, but there are no control buttons on them. And this means that the reader provides support for touch input.
The only physical button on the forthcoming device is located at the top of the case. Probably, she is responsible for turning on / off.
Observers note that the reader looks similar to a 6-inch device . Most likely, the screen of the new Mijia also has a size of 6 inches diagonally.
It's not entirely clear yet if the reader will get a standard 3,5mm headphone jack. It is possible that a Bluetooth wireless connection will be used to connect a headset for listening to audiobooks.
Teasers say that the official presentation of the gadget will take place very soon - November 20. The reader will debut on a crowdfunding platform, and therefore its price is expected to be relatively low.
