Conversations XMPP client adds support for video calls

Π’ Conversions, an open XMPP client for the platform Android, appeared support for video and audio calls. Calls are available from any XMPP server with a direct connection (without NAT). Server developers Ejabberd ΠΈ Prosody are already working on implementing TURN/STUN support on servers for NAT traversal, which means that full support for video calls in the XMPP network will appear in the coming months. The existing TURN/STUN XMPP extension was found to be incompatible with hashed passwords and needs to be corrected.
