The Yandex development team announced the expansion of the functionality of the Alice voice assistant. Now, with its help, car owners can refuel and pay for fuel without leaving the car.
The new feature is available in Yandex.Navigator and works in tandem with the Yandex.Fueling service.
Arriving at the gas station, the driver just needs to stop at the desired column and ask: "Alice, fill me up." The voice assistant will specify the column number, type and amount of fuel. You can immediately say: "Alice, fill me up with 20 liters of 95th gasoline, the third column." Alice will repeat the order and ask you to confirm it. Then the driver or tanker needs to insert the gun, and the fuel will begin to fill the tank. After refueling, you do not need to go to the cashier - payment will be made automatically from a bank card linked to the Yandex.Fueling service. There is no transfer fee.
Currently, Yandex.Navigator users have access to more than five hundred filling stations of the Shell and Tatneft networks. Among the partners of the service are also EKA, Neftmagistral, Trassa, Petersburg Fuel Company and other gas station networks. In total, 3600 gas stations across the country are connected to Yandex.Zapravkam.
