Japanese zombie apocalypse in the new World War Z trailer

Publisher Focus Home Interactive and developers from Saber Interactive have presented another trailer for their third-person cooperative action movie World War Z, created based on the Paramount Pictures film of the same name (β€œWorld War Z” with Brad Pitt). Like in the movies, the project is replete with packs of fast-moving zombies that are chasing the surviving people.

The video titled "Stories in Tokyo" sends to picturesque Japan, where street fights between people and the living dead are unfolding, including with the use of mortars. Swarms of zombies prey on the survivors in the narrow streets and chase them all the way to the ocean. In addition to showing clips of the gameplay, the video also introduces viewers to the heroes of the story.

The Tokyo Episode will consist of two chapters available at the time of the game's release, as well as a bonus mission that will be released for free shortly after launch. "We've had such a positive response to the content that we've decided to expand the core game to include four episodes spanning eleven levels at launch," said Matthew Karch, CEO of Saber Interactive.

The action will unfold in various locations around the world, including Moscow, New York, Jerusalem, Korea and so on. There is a choice of six different classes, as well as an arsenal of deadly weapons, explosives, turrets and traps. Expect a lot of cooperative, competitive and hybrid modes.
