Online sources have obtained "live" photos of a mysterious Nokia smartphone, which is allegedly being prepared for release by HMD Global.
The device captured in the pictures has the designation TA-1198 and the code name daredevil. As you can see in the photos, the smartphone is equipped with a display with a small waterdrop notch for the front camera.
In the rear part there is a multi-module camera with the organization of elements in the form of a 2 Γ 2 matrix. At the same time, the camera block itself has an annular shape. Below is a fingerprint scanner.
The camera consists of a main 48-megapixel sensor, an additional sensor of an unnamed resolution, and another element - probably a ToF sensor for determining the depth of the scene. The LED flash completes the picture.
The smartphone uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, but the chip model is not specified. Other equipment includes a USB Type-C port and a 3,5mm headphone jack.
The software platform is also called the Android 9.0 Pie operating system. The timing of the announcement of the smartphone is not reported.
