Anyone can apply for participation, but the closed format means that the developers will select the participants themselves. However, according to them, several stages of testing await us, so those who are unlucky this time may be lucky next time. To submit an application required: get an Xbox Live account and fill out a short form on the project website. The distribution will be downloaded via Xbox Insider. Testing will take place on PCs with Windows 10 and Xbox One.

According to Ninja Theory, the PC version will have controller support, cross-play and cross-save support, as well as the Xbox Play Anywhere program. The latter allows you to buy a game on more than one platform and get it simultaneously on Windows 10 and Xbox One.

Bleeding Edge is not being developed by the core Ninja Theory team that worked on Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, and a second, smaller group. This will be the studio's first multiplayer project. Although the authors do not rule out that in the future a story campaign may appear in the action film, at the moment the studio is focusing all its efforts on competitive multiplayer. Its essence comes down to the battle of unique heroes, each with their own unique skills, in small locations in the “4 vs 4” mode.
