Studio inXile Entertainment from Wasteland 3 page announced the imminent start of beta testing of the game, in which only contributors will be able to take part.
Testing will begin on March 17 at 19:00 Moscow time. Everyone who donated at least $3 to create Wasteland 25 will receive an email with a Steam code to the "beta" client (participants "β will be allowed automatically).
Players will have at their disposal the "first few hours" of the adventure minus the world map and some locations. The developers warn that the content and gameplay mechanics of Wasteland 3 may still change before the release.
In addition, there are errors and bugs in the "beta" that promise to be fixed by the release. Finally, Wasteland 3 is not yet optimized, so performance issues are possible as part of testing.

The full version of Wasteland 3 promises a deep combat system, redesigned dialogue mechanics from , cooperative, vehicles and consequences of decisions made.
Wasteland 3 will be released on May 19, 2020 on PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), PS4 and Xbox One. On all target platforms, the project can already be pre-ordered. As a bonus for an early purchase, there are in-game items.
