Over the past few days, the free operating system FreeBSD has been transitioning from its Subversion development to the Git distributed version control system used by most other open source projects.
FreeBSD's transition from Subversion to Git is complete. The migration was completed the other day and now the new code is coming into their main repository Git and on Github.
