Although AMD introduced its Ryzen 4000 mobile processors at the beginning of the year, and many laptop manufacturers showed new products on new chips, there is still no certainty when they will go on sale. The other day we wrote that laptops on Ryzen 4000 will be released at the end of March, and today there was information that they could appear two weeks earlier.

The Canadian branch of the large online store Newegg has added several ASUS gaming laptops built on Ryzen 4000 H-series processors to its assortment. Some of them are already available for pre-order. And for each of the new products, the sales start date is indicated - March 16, 2020. Recall, previously it was reported that the release will take place on March 31.

The most affordable of the new products is the ASUS TUF Gaming TUF506IH laptop on the Ryzen 5 4600H processor, which has 6 cores and 12 threads, and its clock speeds are 3,0 / 4,0 GHz. There's also an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics card, 8GB of RAM, and a 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD. The price of this laptop is 899 Canadian dollars ($655 or 47 rubles). An ASUS laptop with similar specifications, but with a quad-core Ryzen 000 7H processor, costs 3750 Canadian dollars ($999 or 725 rubles) in the same store.

The most expensive is the ASUS ROG GA502IV laptop, which is equipped with an eight-core Ryzen 7 4800HS processor, and also has a GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card, 16 GB of RAM, a 1 TB SSD and a 15,6-inch Full HD IPS screen with a frequency of 240 Hz. This laptop will cost 1799 Canadian dollars ($1310 or 94 rubles). Interestingly, the ASUS TUF Gaming TUF000IV laptop with the same specifications, but with a 506Hz screen and a Ryzen 144 7H chip, costs 4800 Canadian dollars ($1599 or 1170 rubles).

For comparison, an ASUS TUG Gaming laptop with a GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card and a Ryzen 7 3750H processor costs more here – about 88 rubles at the current exchange rate. In turn, the ASUS ROG Strix III Hero laptop with the same graphics card and Core i500-7H will cost 9750 rubles. And for a price comparable to the new products on the same Core i109, laptops are offered only with the GeForce GTX 000 Ti. That is, new products based on AMD Renoir chips should please not only with performance, but also with price.
