Winter update of ALT p10 starter kits

The third release of starter kits on the Tenth ALT platform has been published. The provided images are suitable for those experienced users who prefer to define the list of application packages and customize the system (up to creating their own derivatives) to get started with the stable repository. As composite works, they are distributed under the terms of the GPLv2+ license. Options include a base system and one of the desktop environments or a set of specialized applications.

Builds are prepared for i586, x86_64, aarch64 and armv7hf architectures. Also builds Engineering variants on p10 (live/install image with engineering software; installer added to enable more accurate selection of required additional packages) and cnc-rt (live with real-time kernel and LinuxCNC software CNC) for x86_64, including realtime tests.
