The latest version of ZLUDA, a compatibility layer for parallel computing on non-Nvidia GPUs, has been released. It aims for full CUDA compatibility. It corresponds to CUDA version 13.1. Currently, only AMD (ROCm version up to 7.2) is supported, with Intel also planned. It is written in Rust.
