Release of Simply Linux 10.4

An update for the Simply Linux 10.4 operating system is now available. The build is prepared for x86_64, AArch64, and i586 of the tenth platform. New features include drivers for the Nvidia R550 graphics processor. The distribution package includes the usrmerge package, which is necessary for the transition to the 11 platform.
