libmui — a library for MacOS Classic-style interfaces

Hello, LOR! A few days ago, the code of the libmui library was published, which allows creating user interfaces reminiscent of the MacOS Classic operating system. The library's API is also inspired by this OS. The library is written in C and has a minimal set of dependencies.
