Redis is changing to a non-free license

The authors of Redis announced a change in the project's license to a dual one—Redis Source Available License and SSPLv1. Neither of these is considered free according to the criteria of Debian, FSF, and the Open Source Initiative. Accordingly, new changes to Redis will no longer be published under the BSD license.
