On GitLab, one of the developers (Faith Ekstrand) has reported that NVK now supports the Vulkan 1.3 specification. Development for the support of the extensions VK_KHR_shader_float16_int8 (vk 1.2) and VK_EXT_texture_compression_astc_hdr (vk 1.3) has taken a considerable amount of time.
