Changing the IP address of the root DNS server 'B'

On November 27, 2023, a scheduled change of IPv4 and IPv6 addresses took place for one of the 13 root DNS servers that support the operation of the DNS root zone. For the server B.ROOT-SERVERS.NET, the IP address 199.9.14.201 has now been replaced by 170.247.170.2, and instead of 2001:500:200::b, now 2801:1b8:10::b is in use.
