Free software is used in educational institutions around the world by teachers and students, technicians and scientists, administrators and other employees. The purpose of the conference is to create a single information space that will allow users and developers of open source software to get to know each other, share experience, make joint plans for the future, in other words, jointly solve the problems of developing, studying, implementing and using open source software in higher education.
