A new version of the free (GPLv3+) application has been released RawTherapee, designed for processing photos in "raw" RAW formats.
What's new:
- Capture Sharpening tool to restore detail in optically blurred areas. It is applied immediately after debayerization, works in linear space and therefore does not give a halo.
- Support for CR3 format, yet no metadata reading. If you have an ICC or DCP profile for a camera that shoots in this format, you must manually enable it on the Color tab (Color Management > Input Profile > Custom).
- Improvements in support for various camera models: new DCP profiles for dual light sources, RAW cropping, white levels, etc.
- Optimization and acceleration of various tools
- Improved memory management
- Error correction.
